Simply reply to confirm you're okay
If you don't respond, your care circle is automatically notified

By signing up, you consent to receive daily SMS check-in messages and automated voice calls. Message frequency: 1–3 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
